Since 2005, YPN South Bend has been the go-to network for young professionals (ages 21–39) who want to make meaningful connections, grow their careers and help shape the future of the South Bend Region. Powered by the South Bend Regional Chamber, we’re here to develop, connect and empower the next generation of leaders, creators and changemakers.

What We Do
Our events are built to give you what you’re looking for—authentic connections, opportunities to grow, have fun, and a chance to get involved in something bigger. Our events feature networking mixers (structured and non-structured), personal and professional development sessions, and civic engagement opportunities. Events like our Executive Conversations tap into C-level talent to offer best practices and advice in smaller, group settings for top-notch learning and engagement. The signature YPN event of the year is our YP Summit, our fall personal and professional development conference built by YPs for YPs. Here, in a single day, you’ll make lifelong connections and friends while gaining insights for personal and professional growth.

Who’s Behind YPN?
YPN is led by a crew of passionate volunteers—our Ambassadors—alongside a dedicated South Bend Regional Chamber lead. This team meets regularly to plan events, create content and develop ideas to continue to engage more young professionals. Our Ambassadors are not just planners; they’re advocates for young professionals across the region.
