What makes you excited about YPN South Bend?
Increased regional collaboration will provide an opportunity to meet and interact with young professionals outside of South Bend/Mishawaka. We have a chance to expand our networks and discover new places for fun in our own back yard!

What do you love about the South Bend Region?
This region checks ALL the boxes for me because I love variety. Here it takes 60 minutes or less to be at the beach, tasting wine at a vineyard, kayaking, cross country skiing or snow shoeing in a county park, enjoying live theater, slowing down the pace in Amish Country, hopping on a plane at our international airport, taking a train to Chicago, exploring the zoo, checking out the music scene, attending college or minor league sporting events, and SO much more!

Fun Fact:
Sadly, I have never lived in a house with a dish washer.

The South Bend Region is a great place to raise a family. Being home to numerous higher education institutions affords our community special opportunities to partner with and mutually benefit from their talent and resources.

YPN’s leadership, over the past 13 years, has built a strong presence and impressive foundation for us heading into 2019. Along with a redesigned leadership council and ambassador team, I’m most excited to test out our new structure with the largest team YPN has ever had.

What do you love about the South Bend Region?
Being a transplant to South Bend from Olympia, Washington, I love the cost of living here. It is refreshing to live in a city that has a lot to offer at an affordable price. I also LOVE the airport! I am a huge advocate for friends and family to fly in and out of the South Bend International Airport. I refuse to fly out of anywhere else. Who wants to travel another two hours home after you get back from vacation?! This city really has everything you need! Family friendly, sports and great travel options!
