A driven entrepreneur and emerging leader in the South Bend community, Josh launched Golden Legacy in 2022 with former football teammates. He helped propel the company to statewide recognition, to #1 in northern Indiana sales and #3 statewide, while growing a portfolio nearing 1,000 units and advancing major redevelopment projects. Their mission is clear: to build a legacy through real estate by delivering exceptional returns, fostering enduring relationships, and approaching every project with the same passion and discipline that shaped them on the field and in the classroom.

Josh applies this discipline and analytics-driven strategy to real estate investment and community revitalization.
