Get ready for a high-energy conversation with Dr. Theresa Cruthird, B.A., M.S., M.D., a powerhouse physician, entrepreneur, and civic leader whose career defies traditional paths.

From the operating room to real estate development, Dr. Cruthird has built a career that blends medical expertise, business strategy, and a deep commitment to community impact. After completing her medical training at Eastern Virginia Medical School and the University of Virginia, she became a partner in an anesthesiology practice at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Michiana.

She went on to launch Generations AdventurePlex, a family entertainment center in Northwest Indiana, and co-leads Hanei Developments, a firm focused on purposeful real estate projects. She’s also the creator of Chasing Squirrels™, a system for managing multiple ventures, and the author of a children’s book.

Dr. Cruthird brings her leadership to global and local boards, including the South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce and Nafsi Za Badae in Tanzania, while continuing to mentor, guide, and serve in both faith-based and civic roles.

This session will dive into how she navigates complex industries, builds visionary businesses, and leads with clarity, creativity, and bold action!
