Here are a few words from Amber:
Hello! I’m Amber Behrens, the Market President for Everwise Credit Union in South Bend + Elkhart. I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community and actively serve on the executive board for the Potawatomi Zoo. I’m also proud to be the President of South Bend Rotary and sit on the district team for Rotary 6540 as the Public Image Chair, where I help promote our mission and initiatives.
Volunteering is close to my heart, and I enjoy working with Junior Achievement to inspire the next generation. Additionally, I contribute to the community by serving on the dinner committee for the History Museum and the event committee for the Logan Center.
I’m a devoted mother to two incredible kids: my daughter Emmy, a seventh grader at Discovery, and my son Max, who is in fifth grade at Northpoint. Together with my husband Michael, we love to travel, explore new cuisines, and enjoy our time on the water. In my downtime, I’m often found in the kitchen cooking up culinary delights or having fun with my hula hoop.
I’m excited to connect with you and share my journey of leadership, motherhood, land community engagement!
