Looking for a Job? AI-Powered Jobs Board Can Help!
| Oct 29, 2025
The South Bend Regional Chamber has unveiled a new AI-powered Jobs Board designed to make connecting talent with opportunity faster and more efficient. The innovative platform automatically pulls real-time job openings directly from Chamber member businesses, eliminating the need for manual submissions and ensuring a constantly updated feed of employment opportunities across the region.
“For employers, getting your jobs in front of top talent has never been easier,” said Ryan Boeskool, the Chamber’s director of strategic partnerships. “As long as a business is in good standing with the Chamber and posts openings on its own website, the system handles the rest. It’s a seamless process that benefits both employers and job seekers.”
The new Jobs Board aggregates listings from hundreds of Chamber members, offering job seekers a one-stop hub for exploring regional opportunities. The platform currently features more than 1,000 active postings, providing a comprehensive snapshot of the local job market in real time.
Developed in collaboration with Chamber member South Bend Code Works, the platform leverages AI technology to streamline data collection and analysis. “Our program, called Rollie, uses artificial intelligence to automatically collect, organize and deliver live job market data,” explained Alex Sejdinaj, president of South Bend Code Works. “This allows the Chamber to better understand hiring trends, identify growth opportunities and strengthen the region’s workforce strategy—while giving businesses an effortless way to showcase their openings.”
